Samara Seeds is taking shape in Washington state, with a vision of connecting scientific inquiry to a deep responsibility for the world around us.

Our intended mission brings together two pursuits: exploring the physical foundations of nature through atomic simulations, and serving people and the environment through practical community work.
Both begin with care and attention. Research asks us to look closely, question our assumptions, and learn. Service asks us to listen, understand what is needed, and act with compassion.
From Washington, with a wider outlook.
Based in Washington state, the initiative is grounded in a deep commitment to serving and making the world a better place. We see local communities and natural environments as places where that commitment can become tangible.
As the organization develops, we intend to shape research and service activities around thoughtful inquiry, collaboration, and respect for the people and places involved.
